MEDIA WARRANTY

Intelldata LLC will warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, that the CD-ROM media surface is free from mechanical defects, arising out of normal & reasonable use. INTELLDATA will replace it, at no charge to the user. Any misuse, abuse, or improper storage, or care, will be subject to INTELLDATA discretion for replacement or consideration.

No Return Policy. Customer agrees they will not request a "chargeback" from there credit card
company in addition will not stop payment on any check. Because of the nature of Software
products, and the Possibility of abuse and copyright infringements, INTELLDATA has a NO return
policy. However, if the CD-ROM media is defective, INTELLDATA will replace it free as outlined in paragraph 4.
